Shipping
Free Express Shipping is valid on all orders over $399 placed online except marked NO FREE SHIPPING product. Orders that are under $10 will be sent untracked. Alternatively, you are welcome to choose any of paid service for Express services.
To be avoided any of delay for the delivery, we have limited time to sort your parcel during the day, if you do have any concern about your shipping time, please contact our customer service.
Warranty
Star Cases warranted products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for the specified product 30 days warranty period, subject to conditions contained in this limited warranty.
Proof of purchase may be required showing the item was purchased in new condition to file a warranty claim. The warranty applies to the original purchaser or initial gift recipient of the applicable Star Cases product. Other than to an initial gift recipient, this warranty is not transferable.
Star Cases does not warrant and is not responsible for any smartphone or other devices or products made by anyone other than Star Cases.
Limitations on Warranty
Our guarantee does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse or modification of the product. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage to your device as a result of the use of any Star Cases product. Our warranty policy does not cover lost or stolen items.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Star Cases is not responsible for direct, or for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with or carried in the incase product.
